Bien plus qu\u2019une simple remise \u00e0 neuf des locaux, ce projet constitue une v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9marche \u00e9ducative et participative, pla\u00e7ant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves au c\u0153ur de l\u2019action. Il leur offre l\u2019occasion d\u2019apprendre, de cr\u00e9er et de collaborer dans un cadre concret et formateur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Ce projet mobilise 17 \u00e9l\u00e8ves issus des ateliers PVR et ma\u00e7onnerie des classes 5 et 7. Encadr\u00e9s par les professionnels, ils d\u00e9veloppent \u00e0 la fois des comp\u00e9tences techniques, organisationnelles et relationnelles, tout en renfor\u00e7ant des qualit\u00e9s essentielles : le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la rigueur et la gestion du mat\u00e9riel.<br \/>\nQuatre d\u2019entre eux \u2013 Tom, Elias, Mattys et Hamza \u2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s chefs de chantier. Ils jouent un r\u00f4le central dans la coordination des travaux, la communication avec les \u00e9ducateurs techniques et la mise en valeur des id\u00e9es du groupe, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi leur autonomie et leur confiance en eux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de chantier, organis\u00e9e le vendredi 23 janvier, a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante du projet. Dans une ambiance dynamique et constructive, les chefs de chantier ont partag\u00e9 leur motivation et leur fiert\u00e9, tout en saluant l\u2019investissement collectif d\u00e9j\u00e0 visible. Ce moment d\u2019\u00e9changes a permis de valoriser l\u2019engagement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de souligner leur sens des responsabilit\u00e9s face \u00e0 un projet concret et collectif.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Les prochaines semaines seront \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9es par une collaboration enrichissante avec l\u2019ESAT du GPEAJH. Les travailleurs de l\u2019ESAT interviendront pour r\u00e9aliser certains travaux techniques, tels que la pose d\u2019un faux plafond et la peinture. Pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, cette coop\u00e9ration repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 de rencontre et de d\u00e9couverte : ils pourront observer le savoir-faire des professionnels, \u00e9changer sur les pratiques et s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 d\u2019autres parcours de vie et m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">\u00c0 terme, la r\u00e9novation vise \u00e0 offrir des espaces plus accueillants, lumineux et fonctionnels, refl\u00e9tant la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019implication des jeunes participants.<br \/>\nCe chantier illustre pleinement la mission \u00e9ducative de l\u2019IME : proposer aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves des situations d\u2019apprentissage concr\u00e8tes, valorisantes et porteuses de sens, les aidant \u00e0 se projeter dans leur avenir professionnel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Les travaux se poursuivront dans les semaines \u00e0 venir, et les avanc\u00e9es de ce projet collectif seront r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement partag\u00e9es pour mettre en valeur la motivation, les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019engagement de
